Our 7 Step Fit Out Process
to an Exceptional Clinic Design and Delivery

The first meeting is always one of the most crucial times in your project. This is where we learn about your business, your needs and site requirements. We will measure your site, check for all base build inclusions and liaise with our b zoning and offer advice for building approvals moving forward. We check for car parking, disabled access and understand other requirements such as equipment needs before providing our complimentary test fit.

Our design concept is a collaboration with our client to achieve their desired look and feel. It is also important to achieve the correct flow of the clinic so all areas are working together and that surgeries, consults rooms and work spaces are designed for function as well as aesthetics.
At this stage we provide a high level preliminary costing for your concept design.

When the concept is approved we then complete all documentation and construction drawings for Authority Building Approvals- Development Applications or Complying Development . This includes a full set with complete joinery package and finishes schedule.

Medibuilt will manage all of your authority approvals. This includes DA applications through Council or Complying Development Applications through our Private Certifier. We work closely with all councils to achieve the best and quickest outcomes and our Private Certifiers offer ongoing advice and assistance throughout the Complying Development phase.

We can now start to build your dream clinic. Our team of experienced tradespeople work on site under the management of our project and site managers to deliver your quality, custom fit out.
We provide an extensive program of works to completion prior to commencing on site and there is regular, weekly communication and progress reports through our client relationship managers.

The final stage of your project includes installing of all equipment- dental chairs, sterilizers, OPG machines and IT requirements. During this stage we also consider any styling needs and installation of loose furniture- waiting room chairs, lounges, TV’s, lights and artwork. All certificates are supplied including OC .

Medibuilt offers a 7 year warranty on all our build works and we are committed to our clients in the months and years after the delivery of their project. Our door is always open.
