We provide a complimentary assessment of your property which includes checking the existing services, wheelchair accessibility, carparking availability, site measurements and photography for reference of existing and available infrastructure and base build inclusions. As part of this service we also include advice regarding the approvals process and the likelihood of either a Development Application or Complying Development.
